A program built on genuine bilingual immersion (not just French with a bit of English): the bilingual secretary and administrative assistant role, professional French and professional English for secretaries, office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), bilingual administrative correspondence, email management and collaborative tools, bilingual in-person and phone reception, mail management and meeting organization, plus basic accounting and administrative HR notions. The final project, "A Week at the Front Desk," puts you in a simulated office where you handle both languages daily. This bilingual profile is distinct from our Secrétaire de Direction, Assistant de Direction, and Secrétariat Bureautique programs through its complete bilingual immersion in French and English.

Entry Level : A'Level
Structure : 9 months of training + 3 months of internship
Defense : MINEFOP defense mandatory
Certification : AQP (Prof.A) + state diploma if exam passed
Day classes: Mon-Fri 9am-1pm / Evening classes: Mon-Fri 5:30pm-8:30pm

On the Full track (1 year), after the mandatory defense before a MINEFOP representative, you may sit the national state exam for the DQP (Professional Diploma); if you pass it, you receive the AQP plus the official DQP diploma.
On the Short and Mid tracks, the defense stays internal to FlexAcademy, and the AQP is the only certification issued.
