When you fill out one of our forms — vocational training registration, language course registration, or the contact form — we collect the information you provide us directly: your name, phone number, and email address (where requested), along with your course preferences (the program or track you're interested in, your level, preferred schedule, etc.). Depending on the form used, a few additional details may also be requested (such as your education level or availability) to help us process your registration.

We use this information solely to process your enrollment request, respond to your questions, and communicate with you about the program or course you've chosen.
How it's stored and used
Your data is used internally by FlexAcademy staff, solely for admissions and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Analytics (cookies and tracking tools)
Our site uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it. These tools may collect anonymized usage data (pages visited, general location, device type) through cookies or similar technology. This data does not personally identify you.
