A program covering the complete employee lifecycle, grounded in Cameroonian labor law: HR fundamentals and how businesses operate, personnel administration, recruitment and selection, onboarding and payroll management, CNPS and social administration, Excel and HR analytics, performance and career management, employee relations and conflict management, plus HRIS, HR digitalization, and AI applied to HR. The final project, "You Are the HR," puts you in charge of the HR function of a simulated 50-employee company. You graduate ready for roles like HR Assistant, Personnel Administration Officer, or HR Manager.

Our Training Tracks
Three possible paths depending on your availability and goals.
You never leave empty-handed: FlexAcademy issues an Attestation de Qualification Professionnelle (AQP) to every student who completes training, internship, and defense.
On the Full track (1 year), after the mandatory defense before a MINEFOP representative, you may sit the national state exam (DQP); if you pass it, you receive the AQP plus the official DQP diploma.
On the Short and Mid tracks, the defense stays internal to FlexAcademy, and the AQP is the only certification issued.

Structure : 9 months of training + 3 months of internship
