A hands-on program (70% practice) where each learner carries a single project from idea to closure — framing, scoping (WBS), planning, budgeting, team management, a risk register, execution, monitoring, and closure. You'll learn to produce the real documents a project manager needs — a project charter, WBS, Gantt chart, budget, RACI matrix, risk register, communication plan, progress reports, and a closure report — using Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, collaborative tools (Trello, Asana, Jira), and AI. You'll graduate ready for roles like Project Assistant, Assistant Project Manager, Junior Project Coordinator, Junior Project Officer, PMO Assistant, or Programme Assistant, with a solid foundation to later pursue an international project management certification (eligibility requirements vary by certification and aren't guaranteed by FlexAcademy).

Our Training Tracks
Three possible paths depending on your availability and goals.
You never leave empty-handed: FlexAcademy issues an Attestation de Qualification Professionnelle (AQP) to every student who completes training, internship, and defense.
On the Full track (1 year), after the mandatory defense before a MINEFOP representative, you may sit the national state exam (DQP); if you pass it, you receive the AQP plus the official DQP diploma.
On the Short and Mid tracks, the defense stays internal to FlexAcademy, and the AQP is the only certification issued.
